DimAI Tutorial: Creating a New NFT Collection & Batch Minting NFTs

In this tutorial, we will focus on how to custom create NFT collections and perform NFT minting. Now, let’s delve into these new features to better utilize them.
💫Create original NFT collection
In order to meet your personalized needs for NFT collections, we have added the feature of creating NFT collections. This allows you to customize multiple NFT collections that belong to you according to your personal preferences and needs, and name each collection. You can freely choose creative works and mint them into specific collections to showcase your creativity and personal style.
- First, click on the
My NFTsbutton in the left navigation bar, then find theOriginal Collectionoption on the page. On this page, you can click on theCreate Collectionbutton to customize a new NFT collection.
- On the new page, fill in the relevant information such my series name, token symbol, description, etc. of the original collection. After filling in, click the
Confirmbutton. Next, confirm your action in the wallet pop-up window. Wait a moment, and your original NFT collection will be successfully created.
- After successfully creating, you can find your created NFT collection on the
Original Collectionpage ofMy NFTs. This way, you can better manage and showcase your personalized NFT collection.
💫Mint NFT
Currently, during the public beta period, the DimAI platform offers free Mint NFT services. When you mint NFTs, you do not need to pay DIM, only a small amount of contract gas fees (MEER) are required. This is because the mint of NFTs is performed on the Qitmeer Network as an on-chain operation, and these gas fees serve as income for miners rather than fees charged by the DimAI platform.
- Select
Mint NFTin the navigation bar and enter the NFT minting page. On this page, choose the artwork you want to mint as an NFT. Once you have made your selection, click theMint NFTbutton in the top right corner.
- On the NFT Information filling page, you can choose to use the DimAI collection or create a new NFT collection. Then, you can customize your NFT name and description (a unique name makes your NFT more personal and appealing). Next, click the
Mint NFTbutton and then confirm in the wallet pop-up window. The system will start processing your request and complete the minting process for your NFT.
💫Batch Mint NFTs
For artists and creators, the batch minting feature is a highly useful functionality. With this feature, they can create multiple NFTs simultaneously, saving a significant amount of time and effort. This allows them to focus more on their creativity and art, without having to invest too much time in individually creating each NFT.
- Select
Mint NFTin the navigation bar and enter the NFT minting page. On the page, browse through multiple artworks that you want to mint as NFTs. Once you have made your selection, click on theMint NFTbutton located in the top right corner of the page.
- On the NFT information filling page, you can choose to use the DimAI collection or create a new NFT collection. Then, you can customize your NFT name and description. After that, click the
Mint NFTbutton. Subsequently, confirm the transaction in the wallet popup window. The system will then process your request and complete the NFT minting process for you.
